SIM not received
My SIM has not been received despite Amazon notification saying it has been. I've tried to order another replacement sim but get a notification saying "ops! It looks like something went wrong. Please wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If this error persists, get in touch with customer support"
Nothing on the customer support page referes to this. What am I meant to do when its impossible to get live interaction.
Seriously considering leaving Smarty due to poor customer support !
