SIM not arrived & not able to order for new group member

Hello

I set up a group member on my account and ordered a new SIM.

It has not arrived after 7 working days - I have not even had a dispatched email.

When I try to order a replacement SIM for the group member, the only option is me for my number.  

Please can someone advise me on how to order a replacement SIM for the new group member under my account?
