Sim Dekivery

I’ve ordered a replacement Sim before Easter,I’ve had no confirmation email and no Sim, my dashboard says to hang on but for how long before I go elsewhere?

    Although deliveries take longer during bank holidays you should have received a confirmation email, something may have went wrong.
