SIM card nightmare
Hey I received a sim to give to my friend we tried to activate it but it went on to order a new sim, now after speaking to chat they’ve attempted to activate it, but have suggested we cancel the account if it doesn’t work what happens to the pac code now then?

CherieS_3012664 You don't actually cancel an account unless you are within the first period when you can request a refund. You may want to have another web chat with Smarty Support to clarify this situation. Does the friend have an account? What does the Account Dashboard show?
