SIM Activation
Moving to Smarty. SIM card & date I asked to be activated have arrived. I'm bringing my current phone number with me. Followed the activation instructions. Can't log into the app at all. Keeps sayi...
I wanted to move my Samsung on to Smarty, so I made a group with the account I already have for my Google Pixel.
The SIM card arrived and tells me to activate it. I go on the website, click on the activate button, get taken to a log in page & log in. Once logged in there is no option to activate a SIM card.
