AdelePr_3138534 I think that the number showing when you log in to your account on the desktop is the random number that is allocated when you first activate a sim.
Now that you can log in, does it show a current Smarty plan there? If so, try to make a call on your phone - the recipient will see the allocated number at least until your number has been ported across.
