Signal Collapse

I switched from O²/Giffgaff to Smarty four years ago. It seemed to ne, in my area anyway that Three had invested far more in 5G signalling than O² could ever be bothered with. Four or five bars of it around my area was quite impressive.

Then for some inexplicable reason, around the time of the Vodafone tie up final announcement, (They could not have had time to do anything) The signal bar display on my phone and ny other halfs died.I have one bar at besr, even outside.

It's worse or the OH Whilst my service appears to work still. She can't make or receive calls! Her phone was due for renewal, so that's been changed and she's also renewed her SIM card, but barely has any service. I have asked Smarty on Facebook - but they barely respond there and the online chat is aa useful as writing a letter on sandpaper using a match.

It's all rather peculiar really. Annoying too
