Shockingly terrible "customer service"

just took me a hour to try and cancel my account since the people dont understand english and gave me the run around for over a hour refusing to cancel my account...

absoute clownshow from indian "customer support" ... how do you get away with this? 

i even resorted to using google translate to try and speed up the process but holy moly ... that is a terrible customer experience i think i  now have PTSD and need counselling after this...

smartys "customer support" made me racist. .... never ever again. #smarty = CLOWNS!!!!
