Set up mailbox
I dial 123 as instructed. Message says call us on your phone dialling 123. I JUST DID!!!!
WITH NO ONE TO DEAL WITH I WILL GO BACK TO VODAFONE

You can also call +447782333123 from a device other than your phone.
Smarty keep costs down by having web chat rather than telephone help line. If it doesn't meet your needs, then you may find that you do need to turn to a network that offers telephone help - but it will probably cost you.
