Service so bad. Help please
We are in between broadband providers so currently using smarty sim in a 4g lite mifi box and its horrendous. Moved the box to different locations. Run a speed test get 0.8 to 2.47MB. Any ideas to help speed things up would be great. Using it so we can watch itvx BBC etc on firestick and so slow or just not loading. Please help. Thanks

Did the fire stick work OK on landline broadband?
Depending upon the property, you may need anterior antenna to get good reception.
It may just be that mobile signal may well not be sufficient and stable enough to stream tv.
