Service dropping out

Anyone else experiencing the data service dropping out every two minutes or so in North West Cumbria. It happened a month back too, and came back to normal with in a couple of hours. As it's happened before so was wondering if this is going to be an ongoing thing. The network status checker says that there aren't any reported issues. The AI bot is useless when it comes to reporting something of this sort.  Is there a specific protocol I'm suppose to do to get past it?
