Serious Network issue in Cambridge
Hello, I’ve been experiencing serious network issues in the Cambridge CB5 area since Friday. Every time I check the network status, it only says “still in progress,” with no proper update. I rely completely on mobile data for my professional work, and this ongoing disruption is affecting my job and important communications. Messages are delayed, internet is unstable, and I cannot work properly.
Please provide a clear update on what is happening and when this issue will be resolved. This has been ongoing for several days and needs urgent attention.

LaibaAz_3585830 Unfortunately, we are not Smarty staff here, so we cannot provide a clear update as we don't get that information.
The problem with relying on mobile data for working is that there is a greater tendency to have service outages. Smarty specifically say that their service is for non-commercial use and so they I guess that they cannot accept responsibility for the disruption.
You can complete an online Complaint to try and escalate the issue. Also, don't forget that Smarty does not have its own network and so repair issues are in the hands of Three (and Vodafone now)
