Roaming

Hi, I am going on holiday in a few weeks and wondered if you could help with roaming charges.

I am on a current plan of £10 a month/30gb

My question is what do I need to do for when I go to turkey without paying over use charges

    AMANDAB_1199954​ Turkey is not an EU country and so you will be charged 7for all roaming usage. The Smarty Price Guide explains the charges on p17 to 19.

    You will need to pay for an add on so that your account has credit to pay for any usage.

    You also need to ensure that your APN in Settings is changed to mob.asm.net
