Roaming not working in Ireland
In Ireland. Can access data and send texts. However, unable to call numbers in Ireland or UK. Voice message says call cannot be completed. Have checked setting and all as in Setting up your Android device to work abroad.
Any suggestions on how to sort this?

Hi DeclanO_2437141 that's strange. Are you able to receive calls? Our roaming partners in Ireland are 3 Ireland and Vodafone so if you're not automatically connected to one of these networks please try manually connecting to see if that makes any difference. Failing that, I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team directly so they can take a proper look into this for you https://smarty.co.uk/contact
Hi Tascha thanks for your response. Interestingly if I manually pick the network and selected vodafone I was able to make call. So it seems there was an issue with 3IRL.
