Can my son use his smarty in Iceland without accuring roaming charges
According to the online support article "Travelling in the EU", Iceland is an inclusive roaming destination, so any SMARTY plan allowances can be used while roaming in Iceland, ShaunCa_2121376 - at no extra cost.

This means that you can use your normal Smarty plan as if you were in the UK EXCEPT for a limit of 12Gb data. (You will see info about EU data roaming passes if you need to use more data)
