Ridiculous

So i ordered a nokia flip phone for my son and i bought a smarty sim card because i was already on smarty and could use a family plan. I set up an account and order a sim card for it to get scratched and not work on arrival, i order a new free replacement that also gets scratch because the phone had a faulty sim card reader. I order a new phone, send the old one back and attempt to get yet another sim card, when i try to get a replacement it gives me a vague error and tells me to try later, so i try to contact customer support email which is ridiculously hard to find and send an email for the response to be entering my personal details to get help so i try to get in touch via a live chat which turns out to be a read only forum. I enter my details in the email thread and get sent a link to order a new sim card which doesnt work, what do i do?

    sarahti_1523291​ Raise the issue as a Complaint and perhaps someone will get back to you to sort it out. Alternatively, you can often buy a sim in supermarkets etc quite cheaply if you want one quickly.
