Reward?🤔

Hi all. I recently referred a friend and was hoping to receive my £10 reward. My friend has already received theirs. Despite contacting the help desk and waiting ages I’ve still not received anything. They keep saying that the email link has been sent but I’ve looked in Junk folder and nothing. Anyone else had this problem? I know that it’s only £10 but it’s frustrating.
