retrieve phone messages
What Number do I have to dial to retrieve Missed call phone messages

Basically it means dialling 123, but some phones i.e. iPhone gives you the option directly from an 'icon' on the phone app.
I've dialed 123 to retrieve my messages, but all the operator saids" you need to set up a pin number?" I've set up a pin number and I still can't retrieve my messages
