Renew
I got a smarty sim last month for a mobile router. I set it up to test it and purchased data for £6. This morning another £6 was taken from my bank account for data until August. I have checked and i have no payment method added. Is auto renew automatically set to on when you get a smarty sim? TIA

MarkCha_2766789 If you check your account dashboard, I'm sure you'll find that auto-renew is checked - I seem to recall that is the default so that new customers who forget to do anything then don't find themselves cut off at the end of their first month.
