Rename Cards
I have 3 smarty cards but I would like to name them differently so that I can recognise. What I mean is at the moment the three cards are in my name eg Joe Blogs (that’s not my name) but I would like to change the name to the mobile that the card is in like iPhone 11 or One Plus 10 on Samsung etc
Yes I have already done that but it would be good if you could give the accounts nicknames but hey if you can't do that then you can't.....thanks anyway

You can form a 'group account' and set each number with a 'nickname' so it is easier to manage. You can change the nickname at any time through your dashboard. Have a look at this article for more information on this https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/3406401-how-do-i-start-a-group
However, we cannot change the name of the account holder. I hope this helps!!
