Smarty withdraw 2 times from my bank please refund

I need a refund smarty has taken money from my bank how do I get the money refunded into my bank x

Hi DevranK_1280012 , MSF is spot on here - contact our support team smarty.co.uk/contact who can refund any duplicated payment.
