Refund for payment

I have just tried entering my bank details on the website so that I am able to access websites that are deemed as "adult content". I have entered both my Google pay and my bank card on 2 seperate occasions and have been charged £1 but have been told that the cards are non chargeable sources and I still can't access what I need even though my money has been taken.

 

Can someone help??

    Hi I have made two payments for my mobile the first one did not go on and done it again and worked so I need a refund from the first transaction please thanks
