Reduced Data
I have just purchased a 40 gb data plan for £13.00 thinking it would easily last a month, but the data allowance is already down to fifty percent even with the wireless router switched off. The cellular router with Smarty sim is only a backup incase our proper EE router ever fails, as we work from home. Gives me the impression Smarty could be a scam!

It isn't in a phone, it's in a tplink archer m600 cellular router which is switched off, as it's a backup device incase our EE router fails
AndyWil_3069034 It really isn't a scam.Perhaps it would be an idea to check in your phone settings to see how much data you have consumed and in which apps.
