When will I get refunded for trying to switch off adult filter?
Just attempted (with my debit card) to switch off the stupid adult filter not knowing it's only Credit cards yet still took £3 out of my account £1 each time obviously. It had a tick and accepted it ...
Hi there,this happened to me using a debit card but not to worry as the payment just sits pending then cancels off and bounces back into your balance within a few days and it disappears from pending. If the payment has already been fully taken and sitting in the payments out in your bank you may have to contact customer services after a few days if it doesn't refund back but mine just bounced from pending back into my balance.
