Unable to make calls and receive calls

Hi all, It has been a while since I cannot make calls and receive calls.  Send/receive text and data work fine.  I tried on another phone, but nothing.  What can it be?  Thanks for your help   ...

Simone_2064666 It may be that your phone isn't compatible with Smarty's 4G calling, see this page for more details (note that I don't think the list of incompatible devices on that page is exhaustive).

Thanks for your reply. 

I am not a caller, but I can say that I have been not able to make calls since last month. Additionally, last weekend I received a call regularly
