Smart watch
Pauljos_1335490 Doesn't that watch require an Esim? If so, you cannot work it with Smarty as they currently do not support Esims.
That's a shame do you know if they are going to have esims?

Pauljos_1335490 Smarty have said that they are looking into it for as long as I have been a customer - certainly over two years.

Hey Pauljos_1335490,
It is something we are looking into but we do not have a release date for his yet.

I am in the exact same position. Its so sad because I will have to move providers. Maybe the merger with other service providers that do offer this functionality will sort it out.
Is there any further news on this please?
Regards Norm

Norm72 This topic still shows in New Ideas as being under consideration.
I suspect that the uptake might not be that great because many customers will have phones that are not compatible with Esims.
No disrespect intended here, but could you explain why an Esim in a watch is so important?
Do you intend having a second sim (as an Esim)? You won't be able to use your sim in the phone and also have it at the same time as an Esim in a watch currently as far as I am aware.
Have you tried using a watch to deal with calls that arrive on your paired phone? I must say that I find it quite difficult on a standard Apple Watch.
