Roaming EU not working
Purchased an add on plan for EU doesnt work have changed the settings; all is fine - - doesnt work. Am out of connection truly poor service
Asoka In the EU, you should not need an add-on unless you want to use more than 12Gb data for EU Roaming. (See Price Guide for EU Roaming Add-on)
Your standard Smarty plan should be good for calls/texts and (as mentioned) up to 12Gb data while on an EU network.
Sometimes, you need to take the phone off automatic network setting and do a manual search and then try each available network in turn.
I have the same problem when roaming in eu. None of the suggestions offered by smarty have worked to fix the issue.
Mirosla_3052300 This does seem odd since there are quite a few of us who have not had problems while EU Roaming.
