recover smarty number
Ive just moved a number across from O2 which was ment to be my 4th plan, but its transferd to my daughters smarty number and shes lost her number etc how can i get that number back need a PAC code i ...

JasonGa_3184008 If the Group Owner made a mistake, how is that down to Smarty? Looks l8ke Group Owner applied the PAC to wrong sim.
Who knows the first number transfer worked fine but this one didn’t
they promised to have it sorted in 3-5 days but haven’t I messaged on the fifth day and they did one number straight away but not the other ? That will be another 3-5 days
So clearly the first 3-5 days was a lie by smarty
