Data remaining in Account Dashboard
I am posting this issue here to see if others have noticed the same thing.
Recently (last few weeks) , when I look at my Account to check how much data I have left I see the usual large text on a light background with X gb of Y Gb left - I expect that.
I am also seeing a line underneath giving a different figure for Roaming Data Allowance. I do not have a plan over 12Gb and so cannot understand why the figures should differ.
I was originally told it was the system catching up and would clear in 2 hours. This was rubbish as it is still happening after an overnight period when no data was used.
I raised it with Smarty Support, who gave me the silly answer and now raised a Complaint - same reply initially until I sent screen shots to show it has not corrected.
