on the live chat icon but get the bot?
How do you get through to a human. I clicked
Have you told the bot that you want to speak to a person?
Yes ,but it was a long wait before someone answered.
PaulCY I think it mentions on the chat when it puts you through to a human that it's not a live chat service, so responses may not be instant.
I would liken it to when you're texting a friend or family member - they'll reply when they are able to, but it won't necessarily be immediately.
