Hi folks, I got a SIM from the store, inserted it, downloaded the app and made an account/bought a plan figuring this process would be activating the SIM along the way, but clearly not and now I have...
What did they advise in the store where you purchased the SMARTY SIM cards JT?
You might be able to add the existing store bought SIM to a group plan, and use it that way.
You can make a group from your online dashboard at https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/. There should be an add SIM option once you've got your group setup.

They didn't advise anything it was just from the post office, I was just hoping to be using my new SIM today rather than waiting, I'll take a look at the group thing, thanks Chalky
