[Network Issue] Service Update - Resolved
Do we have an update please? This is so dangerous especially when you have kids. Schools have no way of contacting you if calls aren’t connecting!!!

Since Thursday lunchtime, not able to make or receive phone calls. This is totally unacceptable. Especially, as my Mother and I are disabled , putting us at risk.
Smarty should compensate all customers for the inconvenience. Apologising are just empty words and is just a pathetic excuse.
Customers should complain to the company CEO about the current circumstances and get him to respond. Details are below for contact CEO. Thanks

Yes they should compensate us because we are paying for a service and not getting any at the moment. I have a strange feeling they are going to loose some of there costomers because like you said your disabled so is my husband and we need communication that's reliable

Any indication of when the not being able to receive or make calls issues are going to be resolved in the Wakefield area, it’s been about 10 hours now.

Today I have had text saying I've missed 3 calls from my doctors but my phone didn't even ring. When I tried to call out it kept cutting it off or was silent. I restarted my phone n got same issue. I'm not able to make or receive calls but everything else is working fine.. what is going on n when will this be resolved as I have very important calls n phone appointments that I can't miss due to severe health issues..I need to be able to receive calls as a matter of urgency.. wen will this be resolved..?

Why is my phone not working? I've not had any calls since this morning, and I can't make any. How long is it going to last? Can't get on app. Website says it's affecting a small number of users but I have moved around a lot today and phone hasn't worked anywhere. This is not good.

Not been able to phone anyone or network since earlier today no voimail but can use hotspot I don't watch terrestrial Freeview it sucks for most part ,my concern is my 82 blind mother who I can't contact , text seem to get through but not had any reply it's so frustrating, when will it be fixed?

Why are we still waiting for the network to fix this issue 10 hours now with out making or receiving calls,what compensation do you intend to offer the people that have been effected it’s disgusting.

StephenC_905288 Why do you assume that any necessary repair can be effected in less time? Do you know what it was that caused the problem? In the gold old days, did your landline never go down for a day or two?
We are forum members like you and so would not be involved in any compensation. However, if you were on the most expensive plan and lost service for a day, your entitlement would only be about 65p.

My phone was capable of making and receiving calls up to 11:30am this morning
Since then I recently tried to make outgoing calls and call did not get thru.
Tried making calls to mobile number using landline and those calls did not get thru.
This is a matter of extreme urgency as I am a vulnerable person recovering from surgery with nursing appointment at hospital next week.
I also look after a vulnerable person with chronic long term health conditions who is at palliative care level.

I’m in same position. So recommend but a different network sim and forget them now. As this will be long term. I’m going to Tesco
