I can't find the chat
I want to ask about when my old number will be transferred to my new Smarty SIM. I see lots of references to the Chat option, but I can't get it to initiate. It just brings up pre-written answers. So...
@MartinH_3302917 Firstly, Smarty will only get your number transferred in if you give them the PAC code from your old network. They will then acknowledge receipt and let you know the expected transfer date.
To chat: Go to Smarty.co.uk home page and there is a circle at bottom right hand corner of page to start a chat. Alternatively: https://smarty.co.uk/contact
Thanks for replying! The chat option doesn't seem to work on Firefox, but did work on Edge.
@MartinH_3302917 Ah yes! On Safari, the edit does not work, so these browsers seem to have their foibles.
