Huawei Mobile Router - Model B535-232 - how to set up for data roaming in EU

I have tried the address you mentioned (192.168.1.1) but don't get beyond the following message:'This server could not prove that it is hirouter.net; its security certificate expired 169 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. . . . [and some advice about correcting my computer clock - but there's nothing wrong with it].  I still can't get to anywhere that I could put in whatever settings are needed to use my mobile router when I am in Austria.
