Faulty sim
I am unable to make calls to other mobiles, landlines & voicemail, I always get the message Network Busy, could this be a faulty sim? How do I go about getting another.

There are a number of reasons why this might be, I do recommend speaking to chat before ordering a replacement SIM

- Thanks for your help, I tried speaking to chat earlier but didn't get a response. I did however go all the trouble shooting advice Smarty offers to no avail !.
