Change account to a different bank

this is something you will be able to change on your dashboard, if you go to account settings --> payment settings you will be able to change it there
And if the option is blanked out and I have no active payment method?
I can't auto renew as I don't have a payment method, I can't add a payment method as it's blanked out. I can't change the group owner, I was the owner but I closed my account and went to another network leaving my kids in smarty and now I can't pay for there service? One renews tomorrow and I have no way of keeping it going?

If you were the group owner, did you remove the others from the group before you left? If not, I can see the problem here.
I do think that you will need to have a web chat with Support Team so that they can look at your account and try to sort it. (We are Forum members and so do not have access to your info)

Another thought......can your kids log into their own accounts and see if there is an auto payment still there (from when you originally set it up)?
