Can't vote in eurovision!
I'm trying to vote in eurovision which means dialling a shortcode. I've added some "out of plan" credit but still getting a looping "you've not been given access to this service" message. Can I not...
As a big #Eurovision fan this is extremely annoying. My wife used to be on (ironically) 3 so we'd use her votes. I had forgotten this when she joined me on Smarty recently. So it's now a big issue. I suspect we'll be dropping one of our Smarty plans in time for next Eurovision if they don't fix it. Cheap is great, but cheap for a broken service is not worth the saving.
