Cannot use data in Germany
Have been trying to use data in Germany without luck changed apn to mob.asm.net doesn't work. Any other ideas as a real pain.
CarmelEy_879907 So, have you checked the APN is set to mob.asm.net as previously suggested? Have you tried Manual Network selection as previously suggested?
If there is no solution, you will need to have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check the account. We mere mortal members cannot do that.
I'm having the same issue, plenty of data, and even created a new APN but it won't allow me to switch, never had an issue before. Hassle free mobile, I've wasted 2 hours of my holiday and not been able to use translation app
