Re-activate Smarty Account

How do i reactivate my smarty account. Ported to EE on 14-May and would like to return. When i try do a new purchawe on Smarty.co uk it asked for email snd login, then says i have an account and when i login successfully, it states the account is closed. Slight conundrum....thanks.
