    When you sign into your dashboard on the Smarty home page scroll down and there is a ling labelled 'Contact Us'. This link takes you to the Contact Us Web Page. Scroll down and under 'How To Get More Help' there is a button labelled 'Start A Webchat'

    You can use that button to initiate a web chat with a Smarty support agent who can assist you  between 8 AM and 8 PM. I would try and avoid after 4:30 PM as that is when people start to get home from work and having worked in a call centre on tech support that was when the ques started to build.
