Promotion end date

Hello, I am on a promotion deal 32gb for 8gb price. How or where can I see when this deal ends as I can't remember what the end date was when I excepted the deal.

    DeonPot_3293468​  If you log into your Account Dashboard VIA THE WEBSITE (not the App) it shows your current plan, data used to date and also details of it being a special offer with xxxmonths remaining.

    When I log into my Account on the app, it shows that I have a promotion, but it doesn't seem to show how long that will go on for - very odd!!

      I understand that if your promotion is time-limited, the Smarty team can get visibility of this for you on their end to clarify when it ends.

      If you think it should have an end date on your dashboard, please feel free to query this with the webchat team, who should be able to confirm swiftly for you.

        MichaelP​ Interestingly, my time-limited deal has always shown on my Account Dashboard - but not on the app - even when Smarty extended I could see the number of months remaining.
