Problem with login in to account
Good evening all
My son lost email account which was conected to his smarty ....
Can't log with password -he don't remember...
Email adres expired...
We have contacted via web chat ...
waste of time
Today we exchange 20 emails with proofs@
we send picture of his passport
and letter with his name and adress
that was not enaug
they say that the post code and DOB don't much the with system:{
How we can recover his accaunt?
How can I know the right answer if can't see what is in the system?
My appology for my lunguage
Im not native english speaker.

Hi EddieGr_1629735 if you're unable to pass security successfully unfortunately there isn't much that we can do - these questions are in place to be able to confirm we are speaking with the account holder.
You may want to consider starting over with a new account and log in details that are correct. You could do this by requesting a PAC and transferring the number to the new account. See here how to request a PAC

I can't even get a PAC code without Date of birth!!!
If you lost password email or got date of birth which don't much with your account how you get it right.
Is just a circle .
Give me your money in return we can't help you not matter what!!!
