eSIM
Hi just switched to smarty but can only use my phone at home on the WiFi I have a eSIM any help with Primary 1 and primary 2 not sure if I need to do something on my settings

Can’t turn on eSIM as it won’t accept the codes now
SandraG_4110581 Probably best to have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check and advise you.

Don’t think I have added eSIM now it won’t accept the code or the QR code
SandraG_4110581 Sometimes if there is no reasonable mobile signal, your phone will use wifi calling - this does not depend upon esim or physical sim.
In your settings, you do need to make sure that the esim is turned on in order to use it.
