Possible to cancel porting. My number to another network

Hey I was wondering if it is possible to cancel porting my smarty number to EE? I took out a contract but have had trouble trying to set it up along with the so called extras they promised. I’ve already used my PAC code when I registered the EE sim. HELP!!
