Porting to Smarty
Transferred over on 16th but can not make calls or texts

SharonS_4052689 If you check your Smarty Account Dashboard, your ported number will show when it has been processed.
Even if your number has not been ported, you should be able to make calls and texts on the random number that was allocated when you activated the sim.
Does the Dashboard show an active plan and sim?
In addition, you should've had an email telling you the expected date (and that can take up until close business on the date given) plus you normally get a message when the port has finished.
