Poor network

Hello,

I am writing to report a significant issue with my network connection that has persisted for nearly 24 hours. I have only been able to use approximately 99KB of data during this period.

The signal strength is extremely unstable; while the device occasionally shows a 4G connection, it drops entirely within seconds. I have attempted to resolve this by testing the connection in various locations throughout my home and adjusting my device settings, but the problem remains unresolved.

Could you please investigate if there are any known outages in my area or technical issues with my account?

    You will need a web chat with the smarty Support team to report such an issue. You may get info by doing a Network Status check if it is already an known issue.
