Plan changes
Are there certain plans currently subscribed users cannot switch to? I see a slightly cheaper plan with less data ( I don’t need all of what I have ) being advertised on Reddit and I’d like to switch...
I cannot complain to, nor leave the service of the 3 network, and ultimately, my contract is with Smarty. Regardless of who own the masts, I am not receiving the service I am paying for. That’s why I’m going elsewhere.
Nic1919535 Fair enough, and you are at liberty to den so quickly, thanks to not being tied into a long contract.
Even though you have a contract with Smarty, they (nor any other network for that matter) will guarantee service at all times. After moving somewhere else, you may encounter exactly the same issue - or even worse maybe.
