Phoning from abroad doesn't work
I've changed the app as instructed, did that a year or two ago in fact. I can use data, but neither me, my wife or my daughter, all on Smarty, can make phone calls. We get the message" You do not have access to this service" when we try. Any ideas?

OwenMay_916615 This would indicate that you are trying to make a call that is not included in your Smarty plan.
Please take a look at the Price Guide.
So I cant make any calls at all from Spain or anywhere? To anywhere? Despite having unlimited calls?
OwenMay_916615 Have you tried connecting your phone to the different networks available in Spain? Use manual network selection rather than automatic.
IF you are outside the EU, then you will need to purchase add ons to make calls
Have you stored contact numbers using the international prefix for the UK, + 44, so numbers are stored as +44 7xxx xxx xxx ?
