phone number not working
hello, please can anyone help. my daughter's number is not working. she has been using it for a couple of months- l did not top it up for a couple of months. But i would say a month or 2 ago we couldn't call her direct or anything. It would not ring or connect or anything. l assumed she had put the sim card wrong as she had taken it out a couple of times but after i inserted it properly, its still not working. l topped up her number but still not working. we turned it on and off still nothing. please help, wat can we do so she retains her number n doesn't lose it. its still showing as her number on smarty dashboard. thank you
ariella_3422291 If her Smarty dashboard shows an active account and an active Smarty plan as well, then perhaps the sim has been damaged. Can you try the sim in another working phone just to check?
If it is damaged, you can order a specific Replacement Sim that will need to be activated by following the instructions with it.
