Hi
I find that although my account and phone works you have stopped taking payment from my bank.
How do I rectify this

BrianHad_933131 You aren't writing directly to Smarty here; this is the Community Forum and we cannot access your account to check.
Firstly, may be a good idea to check your Account Dashboard to see if there is anything showing e.g. payment history.
If all is not clear, contact Smarty Support via web chat for them to investigate.
